2pm-4pm: Set-up/Decoration
4pm-7pm: Registration/Check-in/Raffle Tickets
4pm-730pm: Food Service
4pm-730pm: Traffic/Directing
5pm-9pm:Technical/AV Support
630pm-830pm: Auction/Fund the Need
830pm-1030pm: Breakdown/Clean-Up/Traffic
